Becoming a member of The Luv Club is fast and simple. Below you’ll find clear, step-by-step instructions to create your account, complete your subscription, and start using member features right away. This page also explains billing, cancellation, age requirements, and how to contact support if you need help.

When you join for $19.99 USD per month, you receive access to members-only features such as:

• Full access to community forums and member messaging
   
• Access to partner resources for visas, work, and study programs (partner terms apply)
   
• Members-only content, guides, and webinars
   
• Ongoing support and community events

To join you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate information during registration.
   

1. Go to https://theluvclub.com and click Join The Luv Club (or Sign Up) in the header or hero section.
    
2. Complete the questionnaire form (if looking for love) with:
    
   • First and last name
      
   • Valid email address (you will need this to verify your account)
      
   • Password (create a strong password)
      
   • Country of residence
      

1. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and User Code of Conduct checkboxes on the form (required to proceed).
    
2. Click Create Account.
    

After creating your account you will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to confirm your address.

1. After verifying your email, sign in and visit My Account → Subscription or click Subscribe Now.
    
2. Confirm the membership plan: $19.99 USD / month (recurring).
    
3. Enter your payment details (credit/debit card or supported payment method). We accept major cards and secure payment processors; card info is stored by our payment provider.
    
4. Review your purchase. Important: By submitting payment you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Membership Agreement. Your payment serves as your electronic signature and acceptance.
    
5. Click Confirm & Pay.
    

Once your payment is processed you will receive a membership confirmation email and immediate access to members-only content.

• Billing frequency: Every 30 days, automatically billed to the payment method on file.
   
• Amount: $19.99 USD per billing cycle.
   
• All payments are non-refundable. No credits or partial refunds will be issued.
   
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current. Failed payments may result in account suspension.
   

You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not issue refunds for prior charges.

To cancel:

You will retain access through the end of your current paid period. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew.

If you have trouble cancelling, email info@theluvclub.com with subject line “Cancel Subscription — [Your Name]” and we will process the cancellation for you.

• Update personal details and profile information
   
• Change your password
   
• Update payment method
   
• View billing history and receipts
   
• Cancel or re-start membership
   

• Payment data is processed and stored by our secure payment processor. The Luv Club does not store raw card numbers on our servers.
   
• We use industry standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
   
• Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
   

• Membership is a monthly recurring subscription.
   
• All payments are final — no refunds under any circumstances.
   
• By paying for membership you certify you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, the Membership Agreement, and the User Code of Conduct. Payment constitutes electronic acceptance.
   
• The Luv Club is not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party affiliate partners; engagements with partners are at your own risk.
   
• Violations of site policies may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Q: How soon do I get access after payment?
A: Access is within 12 hours after your payment is successfully processed and your email is verified.

Q: Can I use a different payment method later?
A: Yes. Update your payment method in My Account → Payment Methods.

Q: What if I forget to cancel and am charged?
A: Charges are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future charges; access remains until the current paid period ends.

Q: Can I be removed for violating the rules?
A: Yes. Violation of the User Code of Conduct or Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.

If you experience any of the following, try these steps:

• Payment failed: check card limits, expiration date, billing address, or try another card.
   
• No confirmation email: check spam/junk folder or request a new verification email from the login page.
   
• Cannot log in: use “Forgot Password” to reset, or contact support.
   
• Need cancellation help: email info@theluvclub.com with subject “Cancel Subscription — [Your Name]”.
